Usage:
Nine fold profile is named by bending the standard structure of the cubicle, it's an enclosed column structure,compared with traditional open type beams and columns, such as C profiles, 8MF high strength steel structure, by force, small footprint, widely applied to the network cubicle, server cubicle, power distribution equipment, industrial control cubicle and other fields.
Features:
1. The frame is assembled nine-folding profiles, high-quality special tee welded into the overall structure,solid and reliable, beautiful appearance.2. Nine-fold profiles with module 25mm round hole and square hole (with installation) to makeinstallation and fixed equipment within quickly and easily.
Process:
1. Cubicle door is 25 mm above the ground;2. 3.0mm thick, installation plate, both sides with U curve 20 mm width, making installation plate more strengthful, for easy transportation;3. Three box bottom cable entrance cover plate, can be interchanged, move conveniently, easily conducting cable, easy to open hole for cable entrance;4. There are ground bolt on the cabinet door;5. Bearing hinge, install easily, also change cabinet door easily. Cabinet door can open 130°;6. Plastic slip inducer makes use of plastic slip inducer over guiding rail, can push installation plate inside the cabinet from front;7. Rigid rectangular frame can not only strengthen the strength of front door, but can also be used to fix installed electric appliance component (with the usage of horizontal door installation strip);8. Back plate can be installed easily, fixed with screw; cabinet door can also be changed;9. Fork lock(ordinary lock ,rainproof lock) can lock cabinet from top, middle and bottom three points;10. Seal ring: polyurethane sealing strip insures protection grade;11. Cabinet side frame added with sealing rings between water resistant side and cabinet door to prevent water and dust from entering cabinet;12. (Single door) left-right interchangable opening design for ealy usage;13. Standardarized modular installation hole design, convenient installation;14. Internal light, convenient installation and inspection (optional);15. Document bag, convenient site work (optional);16. Installation beam, can also perform inside installation without installation plate (optional);17. Fan and filter element, ensure well cabinet inside ventilation, protection grade IP54 (optional);18.
