I. Overview
The advanced MNS low voltage switchgear is modified and developed based on the standard MNS, suitable for system with AC 50(60)Hz and rated working voltage up to 660V, and applicable for power generation, transmission, distribution, change-over and consumption equipment control. It conforms to relevant standards such as IEC60439-1, GB7251.1 and JB/T9661.
II. Structure instruction
The assembled cubicle has its framework made of C profiles. The structural members are galvanized or made of aluminum zinc coated steel sheet, fastened by self-tapping lock screw 8.8 grade hex bolts into basic frame and added with door, sealing plate, partition plate, mounting bracket and busbar, or drawer parts subject to different proposals to form a complete device. The dimension of parts and compartments of the device are modularly configured (module unit E=25mm). The vertical channel and primary, secondary connectors are modified in the same form of GCK. The horizontal busbar is placed at the top with the cover open or not and rear outgoing or lateral outgoing for option. While keeping the original working performance and appearance, it also works with safety, dependability, easy for mounting, testing and maintenance as well as to save production cost. The protection degree of the enclosure is IP3X-4X.
III. Drawer types
Drawer types: same as the standard MNS
The rated current of unit loop is up to 600A , among them 1/2 unit drawer can reach maximum current of 100A. The effective height of drawer mounting units is 1800mm. The drawers of same function units have great interchangeability. The incoming and outgoing lines of drawers adopt different rear-outgoing connectors subject to current. The modules have adequate secondary connectors.
